By creating a Kabankai account or using the Kabankai service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms are between you and Kabankai Ltd ("Kabankai", "we", "us").
Kabankai provides crypto education content and market intelligence for informational and educational purposes only.
Kabankai is not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or exchange. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. Kabankai does not facilitate buying, selling, or trading of any cryptocurrency or other financial instrument.
Market data and analysis provided by Kabankai reflects information available at the time of publication. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Do not make financial decisions based solely on information from Kabankai.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kabankai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create an account using false information, or create accounts on behalf of another person without their permission.
Free tier. Kabankai's Learning Path 1 (Crypto Foundations) is permanently free. Additional features are available under paid plans.
Free access period. All Pro and Premium features are available for free until 1 July 2026. After this date, access requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Crypto payments. If you pay with cryptocurrency, payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Exchange rate risk is yours.
You agree not to:
All content on the Service — including lesson text, AI-generated explanations, market analysis, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to Kabankai. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial educational purposes.
Kabankai uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to power lesson clarification features. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. AI responses are not reviewed by a human before delivery and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kabankai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Kabankai's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Kabankai in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
