Kabankai is a crypto education and market intelligence platform operated by Kabankai Ltd. When this policy says "Kabankai", "we", "us", or "our", it means Kabankai Ltd.

Account data. When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. You may optionally provide a display name.
Learning data. We record which lessons you have started and completed, your quiz scores, and which learning path you are on. This data powers your progress dashboard and our personalisation features.
Preference data. The cryptocurrencies you choose to follow, your notification preferences, and your onboarding selections.
Usage data. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. Retained for 90 days.
Payment data. If you subscribe to a Pro or Premium plan, payment is processed by a third-party provider. We store only the subscription status, plan tier, and a payment provider reference ID. We never see or store your full card number.
Wallet address (optional). If you choose to pay with crypto, you provide a public wallet address. This is only used to verify payment.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We select providers who offer data processing agreements consistent with GDPR requirements.
We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not set non-essential cookies.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We conduct regular security reviews and will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a data breach.
Kabankai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Kabankai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
