I didn't receive my activation email. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go to the sign-in screen and enter your email — we'll detect the unactivated account and send a fresh activation link automatically.
I can't sign in. Use the "Email me a sign-in link instead" option on the sign-in screen. This sends a one-time magic link that bypasses the password entirely.
I want to delete my account. Open the app, go to your profile, and tap "Delete account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you have trouble, email us and we'll handle it manually.
Kabankai subscriptions are managed at kabankai.com. The iOS app does not process payments.
To upgrade, visit kabankai.com and sign in. Your subscription will reflect in the app automatically.
To cancel, email support@kabankai.com with your account email and we'll process it within one business day.
Refunds. We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge if you're not satisfied. Email us with your account email and the reason.
A lesson won't load. Check your internet connection. Lessons require a live connection to fetch AI-powered content. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app.
I found an error in a lesson. Email us the lesson name and the specific error. We review and correct content quickly.
The AI clarification feature isn't responding. This feature requires an internet connection. If you're connected and it still doesn't respond after 30 seconds, close the chat panel and reopen it.
